Cooling equipment: Summer can mean sweltering temperatures and a lot of discomfort wherever large groups gather. If you are not in an air-conditioned facility, you might want to rent a couple of units to keep your guests comfortable while they are eating and dancing. If it is an outdoor event, large fans for circulating the air are a great way to go. Electrical extras: Make sure that you have all the electrical power you need to drive the various pieces of equipment that are going to make the event a success.
